Why would I use these over grip socks?

Grip socks aren't directly attached to your feet, so you are more likely to slide around which causes friction and can be dangerous depending on the exercise.

Our grips are thin and adhere directly to your foot, meaning no more sliding or slipping. Our foot grips also water & sweat resistant, so they work for hot yoga and water sports such as paddleboarding.

Are the grips reusable?

As of now, they are one time use. We are working on a multi-use and reusable option as well!
