I LOVE, LOVE these stick-on hand grips. Great for protection but also for better performance. I use them when doing deadhangs, farmer's carries, and pull ups. Also, I love them for floor work .... when I don't want the palms of my hands slipping. These grips help me concentrate on the moves; I don't have to expend extra energy on simply making my hands stay put! And they last and last. Definitely a worthwhile tool for my gym toolkit!

If you are new to lifting and want to avoid blisters altogether, people should start with these. I like that they go the whole length of your fingers and make you feel secure in your grip.

Pros:
-It made me feel strong
-Very comfortable, no irritation
-Hands didn’t feel sweaty, prevented the distraction of sweat. I didn’t need to wipe my hands.
-I don’t need to change the way I lift, with straps or gloves I’m fussing with straps before each set
-The colors are kinda cool and can go with my outfit

The only negative I can think of is the amount of waste and packaging involved, with the grips themselves requiring a backer and the included alcohol wipes as well being individually packaged.

I only felt like I was “wearing” something for the first few minutes of the workout; after they had stuck and molded to the shape of my hand I pretty much forgot that they were there which I am crazy about. Gloves, wraps, etc you are always aware that you are wearing something but these felt like a part of your body

Using the hand and foot grips together is great during yoga. I just stick them on and I have grip in any pose. They also help me keep my hands and feet from touching unclean surfaces too!

The grips are so durable and versatile! They’re less bulky than gloves, so I can use them for almost anything. I can go lift weights and then work on my car with just one set of grips. And at the end of the day my hands are safe.
